Answer: Principle of ethics, model of leadership, and complex concept Leadership ethical values are quite important as it defines the methods that need to be followed for execution of the task. Morality of the leadership helps the leaders to choose the right or the wrong thing. Ethical practices are related to doing the right things and encouraging the members to follow the ethical values that are being defined by the manager. Basic principles are related to respect and honesty through which the task can be performed in the right manner (Catalano, 2003). The models for leadership have to be decided and implemented in the right manner. There are different types of models through which the tasks can be performed in the desired manner. Managerial grid is one of the models through which the leadership skills for the leaders are developed and implemented in the right manner. The tasks and concern related to the people are associated with the predicted leadership methods and outcomes. In the managerial grid, the leadership task is defined and the managers are assisted with the task performance. Through this method, the challenges are analysed and corrective measures are taken into consideration (Dragoni, 2009). The next model is related to four framework approaches, which uses the guide or the methods that needs to be followed for improving the leadership behaviour in handling different situations at the workplace. The best model through which the challenges at the workplace can be effectively handled is situational model. Through this method, the managers analyse the situation at the workplace and adopt the best method through which the problem or challenges can be handled. Through this method, perfect solution to the problem at the workplace can be developed and implemented by the management. In this process, the ethical values and practices have to be adopted and implemented in the appropriate manner. The complexity at the workplace is related to the methods followed for handling the clients requirement, dispute of the staffs, execution of the tasks, and other factors (Bono and Judge, 2004). Ethical practices are related to the methods that are followed for communicating the challenges and other factors that are associated with the task performance. In this process, the strategies have to be prepared as this will help in implementing the changes that is related to the business development. Through this process, the changes and other factors can be planned and introduce day the management. ethical evidences The strategic changes introduced by Bill Gates for improving and motivating the staffs to perform at the workplace are one of the perfect examples that are related to the business execution. Bad ethical practices are associated with the unlawful conduct of the business activities, which is related to the business execution. Such factors can directly impact the business activities and impact the work ability of the staffs. Leaders play an important role in directing the members towards the right task and encourage adopting the better methods through which the challenges can be easily handled by the company. In this process, it is necessary to adopt effective communication method, through which the staffs would be directed to do the right things (Fine, 2007). Role of a manger The role of the manager of the company is quite crucial. It plays an important role in defining the strategies that is considered to be essential for the business development. In this process, the managers are expected to execute leadership skills which are necessary for improving the performance for the company. This includes adopting strategic changes and introducing methods through which the task performance at the workplace can be improved. The proposed changes need to be introduced by the management after analysing the future objectives of the company. The strategic changes and the methods required to be followed for execution of the task, needs to be planned and implemented in the right manner.
